These are 33 Brand New Ravean power packs for their Heated Jackets that were recycled due to a faulty BMS. Each power pack contains 3 FST 20650 cells manufactured between 2018 and 2019! We opened a few of these and they tested between 3300mAh and 3450mAh!
Out of the pack Voltage varies because of the faulty BMS, but the cells being brand new can easily be Woken up / Recovered.
What you get: 33 Brand New Power packs, each pack has 3 cells in them for a total of 99 cells. You will not receive the original packaging that is shown in the pictures.
3rd Party Independent testing - Michael Roseman
Samples: Two FST 20650-3350 were supplied for testing. Cells were used with wear on the wrap and remains of welding on each end of the cells. Also tested for comparison were LG INR18650MJ1 and Sanyo NCR18650GA cells. The two FST cells tested almost identically with results within the margin of error for the test setup. Their results will be listed under the single listing of FST 20650-3350 although both cells were tested.

Recommended testing method: Because these packs have been identified as having a bad BMS, we recommend that you do your initial test at the minimum mAh setting your tester allows. This will give the cells a chance to "wake up" and then follow on with a 50% test cycle followed by a 100% testing cycle.
