There may be cells that test in the 1500mAh range or below as well as cells that will fail. While the number of cells that test in the 1500mAh range or fail is extremely low, it still happens. Recommended testing method: Since these packs are fairly new, and we know their history, it is fairly safe to go ahead and start your testing process at up to 1000mAh, if your tester supports that level of testing. After the first test, it is good to let them sit for a week and see if there are any cells "self discharging" and then perform a second test to verify your first test results. We have tested these cells the same way and have got very good results.
