You are getting 104 Genuine NCR18650A cells from Medical Packs manufactured between the years 2012 to 2016. You will receive 13 packs, each pack has 8 NCR18650A cells in them.  These packs are where we get 95% of all our cells listed in our store, and we have ran multiple capacity tests on both OPUS and LittoKala units on over 50,000 cells an average mAh rating in the 2700mAh to 3000mAh range, but we have had cells capacity test over 3000mAh from these packs too!

Disclaimer: There is no way to guarantee that all cells within the packs will test between 2700 to 3000mAh.  There may be cells that test in the 1500mAh range or below as well as cells that will fail.  While the number of cells that test in the 1500mAh range or fail is extremely low, it still happens, which is why we have the NCR18650A cells listed in our cell inventory in those ranges, or even in the Low Voltage (below 1v) range. There is also less than a 1% chance that when you open these packs you will encounter Molicel 18650's.  It is impossible to know which of the packs have these Molicel 18650's in them since the pack specs are identical.  

Recommended testing method:  Since these packs are fairly new, and we know their history, it is fairly safe to go ahead and start your testing process at up to 1000mAh, if your tester supports that level of testing. After the first test, it is good to let them sit for a week and see if there are any cells "self discharging" and then perform a second test to verify your first test results.  We have tested these cells the same way and have got very good results.
